I have seen the recent press release and wonder if I can ask you to clarify
something for me.

Attached is the update agreed with Patrick Fleming following a visit some of
us made in 2009.  I suspect timings have changed since then and would
appreciate your indicating how the information in the attached document
needs to be amended in order to reflect the current thinking.

I am particularly keen to know when you expect Colindale to close, and what
facilities will be available at Boston Spa.  Will some hard copies that are
to be digitised be moved to Boston Spa before they are digitised?

It would be of great assistance if you could reply by Friday evening as I
shall be away for three weeks after that.  I realise that this does not give
you much time and if it is not possible, please can you reply to
<mailto:archives.liaison at ffhs.org.uk> archives.liaison at ffhs.org.uk so that
my colleague can deal with this in my absence.
