popular newspapers and magazines and a small collection of handbooks and
directories.
A satellite service will operate outside the city centre. This will include
access to archives and local studies material by appointment with 24 hours

Intellectual Property information service, a Record Office research service
and a vocal scores and orchestral parts service.
The location of the two public services will be announced shortly.
